Some of Iran's own citizens are executed at a rate their share of the population doesn't come close to explaining
Ahwazi Arabs and Baluchis, both overwhelmingly Sunni, sit in a country that holds itself out as the Muslim world's defender against foreign oppression while executing them in numbers wildly out of proportion to their share of the population.
